most quotable movie of all times
Oct. 5th, 2004 03:21 pmOK, this is probably spoiling the competition, but
shadesong has recently put up this question about what is the most quotable movie of all times.
There's a Labyrinth thread in there, too, and I've gone and put in a few quotes for that.
You know that movie is quotable in it's entirety.
I always find myself saying things like "I wouldn't go either way" or "What a pity".
Even though Star Wars is looking good in there, too, and Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and Princess Bride (which I don't think I have seen, so I can't tell how good it is).
Anyway, if you're into movie quotse, I think there are something like three pages of comments full of quotes. And add some more Labyrinth quotes while you're there, will you?
There's also a vote for Dogma, and I've added three quotes to that. Needed to translate them from German to English, so they aren't perfect, but I still wanted to put them down. How strange they're all by Alan Rickman...ahem.
