How do you say "Argh! Shiver me timbers!" in German?

I have absolutely no idea how a pirate would talk in German.
Though there were pirates in Germany, people like the "Viktualienbrüder" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Victual_Brothers) and most notably Klaus Störtebeker (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klaus_St%C3%B6rtebeker), and there are plays and movies about them, I don't really know how they would talk.

I think if I said "Shiver me timbers!" to a real pirate, he (or she) would look at me like I was nuts, and then shoot me.
