The problem with LJ: we all think we are so close, but really, we know nothing about each other. So I want you to ask me something you think you should know about me. Something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about. Ask away.

Then post this in your LJ and find out what people don't know about you.

I plan on hitting the library computer this Friday, and probably drive to the next larger town on Saturday and hope for an internet café. Wish me luck, and if it helps I might be able to get back in touch this weekend.
I need to post about what I do all day, and something for [livejournal.com profile] 30minutefics.
Seeya then. :-)
And I'm curious what you'd want to know about me.

Do You Believe In Ghosts?

Are you an alto or a soprano? Or a mezzo-soprano? Or a contralto? Or something else?

A few years ago I would have said no instantly.
Even though I don't entirely believe in ghosts, I sometimes get the strange feeling they exist, and other people who don't really believe in them have made similar experiences.
So I can't really say yes or no, but it's more a yes.

Do you have a loud laugh or do you sit quietly and smile when someone tells you a joke?

are you passive or aggressive in your interactions with people? like, are you the quiet person at the back of the room or are you the gregarious one being told to keep your voice down all the time?

I have an embarrassingly loud laugh. I can't just sit still when somebody tells something funny.

What is your favorite Christmas tune? Since the holidays are coming up, it seemed to be a good idea to explore.

Not so much that I am told to keep my voice down, but I am definitely not the one to sit quietly. The minimum is to talk back to everybody who addresses me or says something I want to add my two cents to.
And I think I am more of an aggressive person in general.

I'm dreaming of a white christmas
I love that song and never hear it often enough. And I hate Silent Night.

I'll give you a choice of two questions...

What are you afraid of?
or
What model car do you drive?

Number one: being alone, that is, without people who care about me
Number two: A Mitsubishi Lancer, blue

So far, yes. Though the bureaucracy is a little annoying.

I decided in 10th grade. I wanted something to do with books, and couldn't see me working in a publishing house.
Also, I don't care about sciences and didn't want to become a teacher or work in university for my whole life, so I couldn't stidy languages either. Librarianship made most sense.

Green, I guess. It varies. I like orange and red, too, and sometimes it just has to be black.

Not exactly, but I just sometimes get the feeling somebody or something is in an empty room with me, especially in old houses. And on cemeteries.

If people will be honest with themselves, I think deep down, that's what everyone wants. Although some get the priorities mixed up, and they would rather be loved first, and then love. LOL

Yes. I am a member of the protestant church (evangelisch) and even if I don't believe literally everything tat is written in the bible, I do consider myself a religious person.
