58 percent of Americans think that New Orleans should not be rebuilt...

If you think that 58 percent of Americans can go fuck themselves, repost this.

NEW ORLEANS = LIFE

this is either very funny or very, very wrong. Or both.
So.
Went to Aschaffenburg on Sunday and had a lovely day, despite around 6 hours of walking around the town and some museums and the MacD I went to to get some lunch at five o'clock being the smallest ever and greatly overpopulated by human beings under the size of one meter.

I did a quick flist scan, not very reliable, and with rarely clicking on links and cuts, so I need apologize for being so inattentive.

Today, it was kind of busy with stuff laying around after the three days I was gone last week, so I had some catching up to do and then went down to Maximilian both to ask his help about something of professional interest and also because I wanted to see him.
Seriously though, if he doesn't act anytime soon, I am so not going to bother.
Remember Eliza Dolittle? Or Nike's slogan, if you want.
"Just do it."
I know he's interested. I am making it really obvious here that I am interested. So...

Anyway. It got kinda late and I was a few minutes after closing when I went back to the library. I hadn't taken my key downstairs with me though I should have, as it must have been around 4 when I went and I know that firstly it always takes a bit when I'm going to see him and secondly I know that Katrin is not one for staying a minute longer than she has to.
So of course the door was locked and Katrin gone. My library key, my home key, my cell phone and everything inside.
So I ran downstairs to Maximilian again and tried calling the sergeant, as they have spare keys for the rooms over there. HE was still there but telling me to hurry because he was on his way out. So I ran over - and found the main door to that part of the building locked.
Well, I know the secretary's ill (again) and Christoph, who sits in that office too, had to take on the job of our photographer who's also ill (again). So I went out again (did I mention it was pouring and I had gotten really wet just while crossing the street?) and ran over to the windows to see if the sergeant was still in his office. He wasn't, but the book binder a room further down was still there. So I knocked and pointed for him to open the front door. Instead, he opened the window for me to get in through.
So, as the offices are all in the basement, the windows are pretty high up and you have to jump down. And my shoes have soles that get tremendously slippery when wet. So I jumped and fell and hurt my knee like HELL.
And now I can't walk right and I don't know if I will be able to do anything decent in fencing lesson tomorrow and it's still raining.
And if I would get my hands on Katrin now she'd be so dead.

And the fact that she didn't actually do anything wrong makes it worse.
